Studio Time:
Setting up and setting down is included in the hours you book, therefore please book extra time if you need. Be mindful that someone else may have booked the slot after yours.
If you run over your session you will be booked for an extra hour.

Studio Space:
The studio is a 300sqft space, suitable for up to 6 people. Furniture and equipment are easily moveable and lightweight so you can transform the space however you’d like to use it. Please make sure the studio is returned to the way you found it and that you take any items that you’ve brought with you.

Strictly No Smoking or Vaping allowed within the studio or inside the building. If we find that you have violated this, you will receive a fine of £120 and your shoot will be terminated.

The studio has large floor to ceiling windows however the natural light isn’t amazing.

Our blackout curtains block 90% of light coming in.

Equipment:
All equipment is included in the hire fee, however the client is solely responsible for its safeguarding. Any loss, missing or damaged items will be billed to the client.

Backdrops:
We have an array of backdrops however feel free to enquire first to make sure the one you want is available. If you require a certain colour backdrop that we don’t usually stock, we can order this is for £80. Please note this must be at least 3 days prior to your shoot to make sure it arrives in time.

Backdrops are free to use but if you require them to be stood on, we charge £10 per metre after the shoot.

Security:
The room is fitted with a CCTV camera aimed at the door, and the building has cameras throughout.

WiFi:
Wifi is available, this information is sent to you upon booking.

Amenities:
The toilet is two doors down from the studio door. This is available for all guests of the floor but you can also use it to change in briefly. Inside the studio there is also a bamboo changing screen that can be used for privacy. Outside of the bathroom there is a small kitchenette with a sink, kettle and microwave.

Refunds & Rescheduling:
As mentioned on the booking form, refunds prior to 7 days out will be eligible for a full refund, less than 7 days only 50% refund, and less than 48 Hours or no-shows are non refundable. We can offer a new date if you wish to reschedule a shoot, however please note that we can only reschedule the same shoot once.

Parking:
Parking is available on the immediate surrounding roads, please see signatures as most as pay by phone but a few bays are permits only. More information will be sent you upon booking.
